Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler. The candidate will be responsible for creating construction drawings using BIM technology for commercial and residential projects, collaborating with architects and engineers to develop BIM models for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Required Software Skills: Autocad, Revit

"Knowledge on Scan to BIM Conversion on Revit is mandatory."

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Good To Have:

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience
• Architecture and Modeler skills
• Experience in creating construction drawings using BIM technology
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to collaborate with architects and engineers to develop BIM models
• Ability to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and other BIM software

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of sustainable design, experience with construction project  management, and proficiency in 3D rendering software
